Delivery

United Kingdom
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, on some occasions Hermes.

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

If you're out when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted to instruct you on what to do and how to receive your parcel.

International

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Sign

Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with tracking information.

Next Working Day Delivery - Orders must be placed by 3pm for the same day dispatch, all orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@prettypro.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on press on nails due to Covid-19 hygeine reasons, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
